DHRP will take proactive maintenance strategies, performing corrective action to equipment conditions that can lead to failure.  We will work to correct the root causes of failure and avoid breakdowns caused by underlying faulty equipment conditions. DHRP will assess your property assets to extend the life of your assets. Doing more with less is a best practice in preventive maintenance which ultimately improves efficiencies. Some examples of proactive repairs include:

• Repairing conditions that cause water leaks
• Removal of water-damaged wood
• Regular property inspections
